貯金が0円だと不安ですよね。私も同じ思いでした；；！

- 外食費が多すぎるから仕事のときは外食は辞めてお弁当にする
- 飲み会に参加する回数を決める
決めた予算を上回る買い物を簡単にできてしまうという状態を減らすことが大切です。
めんどくさくても最初は現金での管理が一番わかりやすかったですよー！
自分で決めた予算を守れるように工夫していきましょう！
